Westside Tire

Very disappointed. My family has trusted Westside for decades. Until 2 years ago, they sold me 3 1/2 year old tires as new. Just 2 years and less than 27k miles later my car is making a loud noise. Turns out it the tires are wearing unvenly causing cupping. Westside blames it on my car and claims the tires are 5 & 6 years according to the DOT date. When shown the rceipt and they offered no compensation. I took my car ro the dealership for inspection and no issues with the suspension. The tires had been rotated twice yearly, when snow tires were put on and off. Snow tires were purchased 3 years earlier from Discount Tire and are evenly worn with much more tread left than the Westside tires. Which was interesting because they had they bulk of those 27k miles on them Not the business they used to be. I will no longer use Westside or recommend them. UPDATE: After responding to my review, I contacted Shawn. We discussed the situation and were able identify miscommunication issues. He was very reasonable and we were able to resolve the issue in a matter that was positive for both of us. My trust in Westside has been restored.

First time working with Westside Tire. After calling around a few places for tire quotes for my Jeep Wrangler, they had by far the best customer service and were competitively priced. They were very flexible on scheduling an appointment, and to get all four tires replaced, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Very happy with my purchase and experience and I will definitely use Westside Tire again the next time one of our vehicles needs new tires.

I cannot recommend Westside Tire enough! They are an amazing local tire shop with outstanding customer service. I worked with Aaron Smith, who was incredibly helpful and even responded to my texts outside of business hours. He told me to just drop the vehicle off and not to worry because they would take care of everything—and they absolutely did. The work was completed quicker than I was even able to come pick it up! I was able to call, pay over the phone, and leave it there until it was convenient for me to get it. The whole process was stress-free and easy. What really stands out is how knowledgeable and honest they are. They always take the time to ask questions about how much I drive, where I drive, and what I use the vehicle for to make sure I get the best tire for the job—whether it’s for my car, trailer, van, or truck. They are very informative and thorough, and I truly appreciate that they never try to oversell something I don’t need. Excellent service, great communication, and people you can trust!

I've been getting my tires done here for the last thirteen years, and this is the exemplar of a old-school, local tire shop. I tried the discount guys once and immediately regretted it. Westside has competitive prices, excellent service, but most of all, they know their products. The last time I was in, I had three wheel studs that needed to be replaced. They notified me right away, and they had no problem when I said I was going to replace them myself. (Never trust a shop that won't let you do your own work.) When I rescheduled, they had it done in a little over twenty minutes. Amazing. Thanks, guys!
